A download stopped and won’t resume
Open Downloads and pull the list down to refresh, then tap the item to resume it. If the server dropped the connection, FoxDL restarts from the last committed byte rather than from zero.
If it fails again immediately, the link has probably expired — many hosts issue links that are only valid for a few minutes. Fetch the link again from its page and start over.
A channel or stream won’t play
Try the same channel in another player on the same network. If it fails there too, the problem is on the provider’s side — a dead stream, an expired account, or a connection limit that is already used up.
Xtream accounts usually allow a limited number of simultaneous connections. Close anything else that is playing, including on other devices, and try again.
Wi-Fi Transfer can’t be reached from my computer
Both devices have to be on the same network, and some routers block devices from seeing each other (often called AP isolation or client isolation). Turn that off, or use a phone hotspot as a test.
Wi-Fi Transfer only runs while FoxDL is open and in the foreground — if you switch apps, the address stops answering.
I subscribed but Pro isn’t showing
Open the Pro screen and tap “Restore purchases” while signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with. Pro is tied to that account, not to a device.
If it still doesn’t appear, send us the date of the purchase and the Apple Account region — never a receipt with your card details on it.
My files disappeared after reinstalling
Deleting an iOS app removes its Documents folder with it. If the folder was included in your iCloud backup, restoring the device brings the files back; if it was excluded, they are gone.
Keeping important files on a cloud account, a WebDAV server or an external drive is the safer arrangement — FoxDL can play them in place without holding the only copy.
Managing your subscription
Every FoxDL Pro subscription is billed by Apple, so it is managed in your Apple Account rather than in the app.
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FoxDL.
- On a Mac: App Store → your name → Account Settings → Subscriptions → Manage.
- Choose Cancel Subscription. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot issue them on Apple’s behalf.
