How do I cancel my FoxDL Pro subscription?
Short answer
In your Apple Account settings, not in FoxDL — Apple manages every App Store subscription. On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FoxDL → Cancel Subscription. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

- iPhone or iPad — Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FoxDL → Cancel Subscription.
- Mac — App Store → your name → Account Settings → Subscriptions → Manage.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro stays active until the current period ends.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot issue them on Apple’s behalf, and no one but Apple can.
Cancelling does not touch your library: files, playlists and sources stay exactly where they are, and the free allowances resume.
